"Pretty close fitment, but not exact"
I ordered these wheels for my car and the fitment info was mostly on point, but the offset didn’t sit quite how I thought it would. I ended up having a shop take a look before I put them on, just to be safe. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish the details were a little more exact before ordering. Anyway.

I had a quick question and customer service replied faster than I expected. They helped me sort it out without making it complicated. If you’re stuck on something, I’d say just reach out to support instead of spending too much time trying to figure it out yourself.

"Showed up fast and packed well"
It got here quickly and the packaging was solid. compared to some other stuff I’ve ordered, it was just... yeah, way better than I expected...

"I'd order again if the price is right"
I’d probably buy from wheelhabit.com again, especially if they still have the best price. That was the main reason I ordered from them in the first place, they were cheaper than a few other sites I checked. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, but it wasn’t a big deal, and the wheels showed up like they were supposed to. For what I paid, I felt like it was a solid value overall

"Return was fine, but the warranty took forever"
The return process was okay overall, and I did eventually get help, but the warranty side of things took way too long. I had to spend more time and energy following up than I should have, which was frustrating. It got handled in the end, but the whole thing felt like an unnecessary hassle

"I thought these wheels were okay at..."
I thought these wheels were okay at first, and they rolled fine for a while. But after a few months, one of them ended up bending, which was disappointing. You expect them to last a bit longer, especially with normal use.
